Help Desk

I took my laptop to another floor for a meeting and tried to log into the network through WiFi in order to access email. I was unsuccessful. The message read:

Your attempt to login to the network was unsuccessful. Please email the Help Desk at for assistance. Thank you.

 Enough said about our Help Desk.

We had to push McKinney's 3D porn screening to tomorrow night because his wife needed him at home tonight for reasons he couldn't explain. 

Damn. I was ready for an exciting night...

That's just perfect! Same type of thing on this end here. I happen to be responsible for application support but was locked out of my support queues. I contacted the help desk to "unlock" my password, and their response was: "You need to log into the support application to submit a ticket."
