Blair Does Not Miss Me

Blair does not miss me which is why I miss her.bitchy.jpg

Blair only tells me she misses me when she does not miss me. She only does not miss me when she is interested in someone else. She has a very short attention span, so if I'm not around and someone interesting starts paying attention to her, she does not miss me because she is busy with someone else.

But Blair does not find many people interesting. So when I'm away and she does not say that she misses me, I know that nobody interesting is paying attention to her and therefore, I know that she actually does miss me.

Blair will never tell me that she misses me if she really does miss me because she wants me to think she's busy with someone else so that I won't forget about her. She only tells me she misses me if she wants me to forget about her so that I won't suspect she's busy with someone else.

So whenever Blair does not tell me that she misses me, it makes me miss her because I know she really misses me.

Our meetings here ended early, so I have nothing to do but eat and sleep. I'm glad Blair doesn't miss me or I would be going nuts thinking about her being busy with someone else.

I must get out of this place...

I fly out tomorrow morning to Japan. The meetings in Japan will be very interesting. Accenture asked me to come to Japan to meet the management team we're working with to do our June 30 system implementation.

A simple PR trip, I thought. But now I get it. They're asking for the world and being very difficult about it. Accenture has been playing good cop for some time and now they need a bad cop.

From what I know about their culture, it'll be similar to dealing with a bunch of mini-Blairs.

Piece of cake.

Yanno, I wonder at myself. I think I actually got what you were getting at.

It's just they way things work in the world of Blair...

This is the correct assumption about Blair. It's called the theory of the trade-up. Most people think linearly about their relationships ie. Person B is better than Person C and Person A is better than Person B and if they have the chance to trade up the will do it. You are exempt from this line of thinking because you are running game on everyone whether they know it or not and are an opportunist.
